Gradient has assembled a substantial portfolio of geothermal projects in the western U.S. with over 400 MW of advanced development projects and over 1,200 MW of long term generation potential.

• Gradient’s project portfolio has been significantly derisked by extensive geothermal exploration surveys with drilling and well testing over the past two years.
• Gradient is uniquely positioned in the clean, renewable geothermal power space. The Company’s properties cover approximately 170,000 acres of private and federal land – one of the largest geothermal property portfolios in the United States.
• Nearly 90% of the Company’s acreage is in Nevada, considered to have the second greatest geothermal potential in the U.S.
