With a love of all things process, Emily helps create robust hiring practices that balance thoughtfulness, inclusivity, and efficiency to build incredible teams. She works closely with portfolio companies to strategically plan for executive recruiting and organizational development. Before Gradient, Emily was a Principal Consultant at Parker Remick, a boutique executive search firm. Emily graduated from Western Washington University with a degree in Communication.
In her spare time, Emily loves reading, exploring the San Juan Islands with her partner, stepdaughter and dog, and day trips to Vancouver BC, for dim sum.
