Shafi is a Legal Operating Partner/Associate Counsel at Gradient Ventures.
Prior to Gradient, Shafi was a senior associate at WilmerHale LLP, where she counseled emerging companies, public companies and venture capital funds on a variety of complex matters, including corporate governance, equity and debt financings, securities law, strategic partnerships and mergers and acquisitions. Shafi received her B.A. from UC Berkeley and her J.D. from UCLA School of Law.
In her spare time, Shafi enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time with her husband and two pugs, Bunk and Jimmy.
