Prior to Gradient, Carmella was on the mid market sales team at Google, where she advised companies on how to leverage advertising products including Ads, Analytics, and YouTube to achieve their growth goals. She led the account strategy for a portfolio of public and private B2B tech companies, and created an interactive digital marketing training for early stage startups. Before, Carmella worked in strategy and operations at Storefront and Binwise, both of whom were later acquired, and in business development at Course Hero. She holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan, and serves as an advisor and mentor to the university’s social impact incubator. She also completed various management courses at the Haas School of Business.
Carmella currently resides in San Francisco, where she enjoys spending time outdoors and teaching Lagree Fitness classes at Core40.
