Erin leads Talent at Gradient, partnering with founders to build their recruiting foundations and scale hiring with confidence. She works closely with early-stage teams on hiring strategy, org design, and critical searches.
Prior to Gradient, Erin was Head of Talent at Candid Health, where she built the recruiting function from the ground up and led the team through a critical scaling phase. Previously, she built and ran Business Recruiting at Plaid through hypergrowth, scaling the team and launching the company's EMEA recruiting function. She got her start at Uber, where she grew alongside the company from 180 to 10,000+ employees.
Erin lives in San Francisco with her husband, son, and dog. Outside of work you’ll find her exploring restaurants in SF, hiking, baking, and skiing.
